By using edenstore.io or purchasing a website from EDEN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our service.

2. What We Do

EDEN builds done-for-you business websites. You answer 5 questions about your business, pay a one-time fee starting at $280, and we create a professional website for you. Your website is live within minutes of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You will receive your website link and access code via email after purchase.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. Digital Service - No Refunds After Delivery

Because your website is built and delivered instantly:

  • All sales are final once your website is live.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service and waive your right to a refund upon delivery.
  • If you experience any issues with your website, contact us and we will help you get it fixed.

5. Your Website

You CAN:

  • Use your website to promote your business.
  • Request unlimited changes to your website at no extra cost.
  • Share your website link with anyone.

You CANNOT:

  • Copy our code or design system to create websites for others.
  • Use your website for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Claim our website building technology as your own.

6. Free Changes Forever

When we say "free changes forever," we mean you can request updates to your website for as long as we continue to operate edenstore.io. We aim to keep this going indefinitely, but we cannot guarantee it forever if the business ceases operations.

7. Support

Every purchase includes support. If you need help with your website, reach out via our contact page. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours on business days.

8. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your email and access code safe. Do not share them with others. If you lose access, contact us and we will help.

9. Our Liability

We provide our service "as is." While we work hard to build high-quality websites:

  • We do not guarantee specific business results.
  • Results depend on how you promote your website and your own effort.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid ($280).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new terms.
