Nature of Digital Products

All products sold through EDEN (edenstore.io) are digital services delivered electronically. Our primary offering is a done-for-you website service. Upon purchase, we build your custom business website and deliver it live within minutes. You also receive a management dashboard where you can request changes, add upgrades, and manage your site. Because these digital services are delivered and accessible instantly, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Hosting and Platform

Your website is hosted on EDEN infrastructure at no additional cost to you. Hosting is included forever as part of your purchase. There are no monthly fees, no renewal charges, and no hidden costs.

All Sales Are Final

Once your website has been built and delivered (live site and dashboard access), the sale is considered final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a done-for-you website service delivered digitally
  • Free hosting is included forever with no additional charges
  • Digital services cannot be returned once delivered
  • You waive your right to a refund after delivery
  • A mandatory acknowledgment checkbox at checkout confirms your understanding
